James posted his third triple-double of the season, finishing with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists as the Cavs bounced back from their loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.
LeBron triple-double leads Cavs, Thunder down Spurs
LeBron James inspired the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 107-93 win at the New York Knicks in the NBA on Saturday.
Cavs team-mate Kevin Love contributed 28 points and 12 rebounds in a double-double display.
The Knicks were led by Carmelo Anthony's 28 points.
Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant led the Oklahoma City Thunder past the short-handed San Antonio Spurs 111-92.
The Spurs were without Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, who were all rested.
And the Thunder took full advantage as Westbrook scored 29 points and Durant added 31 to lead the team to a seventh consecutive win.
The Detroit Pistons and their winning streak ended at five games after losing 112-95 to the Atlanta Hawks.
Paul Millsap had 23 points and nine rebounds as the Hawks made it 13 victories in 16 games.
Elsewhere, the Toronto Raptors snapped a two-game losing run courtesy of a 115-91 win against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Chicago Bulls' play-off hopes were dealt another blow following their 111-89 loss at the Orlando Magic.
Nicolas Batum lifted the Charlotte Hornets to a 115-91 rout of the Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers lost 120-110 to the Brooklyn Nets.
The Utah Jazz saw off the Minnesota Timberwolves 93-84, the Boston Celtics edged the Phoenix Suns 102-99, while the Portland Trail Blazers pipped the Philadelphia 76ers 108-105.
