Having started their domestic campaign with four wins on the bounce, they triumphed 85-57 in the Group D encounter in Croatia.

It was in the third quarter that Tenerife really got going, putting 24 points on the board and conceding a mere five, with Tim Abromaitis contributing 17 across the match.

Besiktas, also boasting a 100 per cent record in the Turkish Super League, earned victory after pulling away from Spirou Charleroi in the final two quarters.

Level at the halfway mark, the visitors stepped up a gear to start their Group E campaign with a 92-75 win, as Vladimir Stimac impressed with 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Juventus were the other team to pass the 90 barrier, but were given a much sterner examination in a 91-84 success over Strasbourg.

Elsewhere, Nymburk beat Bakken Bears, Avellino overcame Mega Leks and Aris proved too strong for Helios Domzale, while Monaco, Banvit and Sassari were also victorious.
