Craig Bellamy's Storm jumped top of the ladder thanks to a 21-14 win over the New Zealand Warriors.

The tight clash was locked at 14-14 until half-back Cooper Cronk kicked a field-goal to put the visitors ahead.

Victory was sealed through Marika Koroibete, who crossed for a try in the 79th minute to see the Storm make it three wins from three.

The Storm had led throughout until tries from Solomone Kata and Jonathan Wright brought the Warriors back into the game.

The St George Illawarra Dragons ended the Rabbitohs' perfect start and claimed their first win of the season with an 8-6 victory at a wet SCG.

All the points were scored in the opening half-hour and Gareth Widdop's two penalties proved crucial.

Alex Johnston and Jason Nightingale had scored first-half tries before the Dragons held on.
