Johnny Manziel is officially back on the open NFL market.

The free-agent quarterback was reinstated by the NFL on Wednesday after serving his four-game suspension for violating the league's substance policy, according to the league's transaction wire.

With Manziel reinstated, any team can pick him up since he cleared waivers last March after he was released by the Cleveland Browns.

Manziel stated in June he planned to stay sober to begin an NFL comeback after dealing with domestic violence allegations from his ex-girlfriend and bouts of substance abuse.

A first-round pick in 2014, Manziel had two seasons with the Browns, playing 15 games.
