Baba Rahman bounces back for pre-season after recovery from injury

The Ghanaian international is back in contention for a spot in the Blues squad after recovering from his set-back after just five months.

Baba Rahman has bounced back from a horrific injury by sharing a video of himself back in Chelsea training.

The 22-year-old had to undergo surgery following a serious knee injury sustained at the Africa Cup of Nations back in January.

However, the Ghanaian international is back in contention for a spot in the Blues squad after recovering from his set-back after just five months.

Rahman spent all season at Schalke last season, but was ruled out for the rest of the campaign after picking up the injury while on duty with Ghana.

Despite being on loan last season, Rahman may well have pre-season to try to impress Antonio Conte and work his way into the first team squad.

The Italian is looking for options in the left wing-back role as back-up to Marcos Alonso , and Rahman could add another solution to that position.
