Black Stars Edwin defender Edwin Gyimah has been involved in a road accident while on holidays in Obuasi, Ashanti

Edwin Gyimah, who was with a female identified as Linda Owusu when driving in his hometown, Obuasi drove his Hyundai Sonata Saloon car into a Taxi.

An eye-witness claims Edwin Gyimah in an attempt to overtake a car got involved in a head-on-collision with an incoming Taxi between AGA School and Sam Jonah estate in the Obuasi Municipality.

Gyimah suffered cuts, while Linda Owusu, the lady who was keeping him company and the taxi driver and his passengers were rushed to the AGA Hospital at Wawase, Obuasi for treatment.
