Albert Adomah celebrated with a bizarre headstand after scoring a cracker in Aston Villa's Carabao Cup tie against Wigan Athletic.

Adomah put Villa 2-0 up in the second round tie at Villa Park, brilliantly volleying in Birkir Bjarnason's left wing cross from 12 yards out.

Scott Hogan bagged a first half brace and Ryan Colclough pulled a goal back for Wigan as Villa took a 3-1 lead into the interval.
