Burna Boy takes on AKA over xenophobic tweets; threatens to beat him

Reports of Xenophobic attack in South Africa on Nigerians has raised tension on social media, with stars from both countries attacking each other online.

In the centre of South African and Nigerian celebrities at each other’s throat online over the attacks is the rapper AKA, whose old tweets have surfaced online, with claims that his reaction after his country lost to Nigeria in AFCON 2019, has expressed xenophobic sentiments.

AKA has refused to accept any responsibility of exhibiting xenophobic traits in his old tweets and his reaction to the claims escalated, with thousands of Nigerians bashing him on social media.

On this tangent, some popular Nigerian celebrities decided to face the defiant South African rapper over his tweets and that has seen Burna Boy branding him as a retarded person and threatening to beat him.
