Why did Rita Ora cover up at her massive hand tattoo at the 2015 VMAs?

The British pop star, who isn't shy when it comes to flaunting her fabulous figure and growing collection of body inks, for some reason, could be falling out of love for some of her intricately designed ink.

Rita Ora successfully hid her huge hand tattoo with some heavy makeup when she stepped out for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on August 30.

The 24-year-old singer covered up her black-and-white rose tattoo which ordinarily adorns her right arm in favor of a more natural look at the VMAs.

As she blew kisses to an adoring crowd though, a hint of the hidden designs could be seen on her wrist through the concealing make up.

The X Factor judge clearly favored a more natural look at the awards, with the only tattoos visible being the Aphrodite one on her left bicep and a hint of the topless image of silent movie star Olive Thomas that she has on her ribcage.
