Paul Afoko's brother charged with murder

An Accra Magistrate Court has remanded Gregory Afoko, the junior brother of the New Patriotic Party Chairman Paul Afoko to Police custody.

Gregory Afoko is standing trial for the murder of Upper East Region chairman of the party, Adams Mahama.

He has been charged with conspiracy to commit crime and murder.

According to the charge sheet presented by the Police, one other man, Asabke Aladi who is believed to be his accomplice is currently on the run.
