Ghanaian forward makes Premier League debut in draw against Stoke

The Black Stars forward and his Middlesbrough team who were promoted from the English Championship at the end of last season started their battle for Premier League glory at home to Stoke City.

Albert Adomah was handed a start in Middlesbrough’s first game of the Premier League season and went on to play in the full duration of the game without a booking.

Alvaro Negredo opened the scoring for home team Middlesbrough who took the 1-0 lead into the first half interval.

Xherdan Shaqiri of Stoke City scored the equalizer after the break as neither teams were able to find the back of the net again with the game ending at 1-1.
