And now fresh reports in Turkey are claiming on Monday that Kayserispor are close to signing the Ghanaian striker with the deal expected to be completed as early as tomorrow [Tuesday].
Gyan is currently unattached after ending his loan spell at Dubai-based Al Ahly from Chinese outfit Shanghai SIPG.
Gyan was previously approached by Besiktas and Bursaspor, but the Turkish duo could not meet his demands. He also had a failed medical last season at English Championship side Reading FC, which the player denied though.
