Abdul Baba Rahman joined Chelsea at the start of last season but following his lack of chances at Stamford Bridge, new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has sent him on a season long loan at Schalke 04 in Germany where he reunites with his former manager at German Bundesliga club Augsburg.
