Chelsea star wishes Jonathan Mensah a happy birthday

Black Stars defender Jonathan Mensah turned 26 on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.

Chelsea star Atsu posted a picture of Mensah on his instagram page with the caption:

“Happy birthday to you bro @joemens25 Truly God Is Great  #GodIsTheReason #GodWin #forever #blessed”

Jonathan Mensah started his football career with Ashanti Gold Academy before joining the senior side of the same team.

The player reunited with David Duncan at Free State Stars before travelling to Italy to play for Udinese.

Mensah left the Italian Serie A side for French Ligue 1 club Evian Thonon Gaillard.

The Black Stars defender who played in the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World tournaments currently plays for club side Anzhi Makhachkala.
