Hearts win will spur us on - Obed Owusu

Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye had a game to forget after he scored an own goal and got send off as his side was beaten 1-0 at home in the derby clash on Monday.

“We are happy for this win but I think that is not all, we have to do well in our upcoming games,” Owusu told the press after the game.

“This win has motivated us a lot. It has boosted us for our next game. We hope we continue with this kind of performance.

“It was not an easy game, but we gave in our best and we were able to get the three points.”

Kotoko will play Ebusua Dwarfs at home in their next Premier League fixture at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
