The Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars have been promised handsome rewards beyond measure if they are able to reach the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
Aduana Stars played a coronation to celebrate the triumph of the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League in grand style.

In speaking Radio XYZ, the Public Relations Officer of the club Dennis Asamoah confirmed that the team were announced to receive these goodies at a dinner organized after the coronation match.
He also did say that the CEO of the club Albert Commey and the Head coach Yusif Abubakar were offered double of the package the playing body received.
Dennis Asamoah also confirmed that they players to recieve bags of cement and 2000 cement blocks each if they advance to the group stages of the Champions League.
Aduana Stars will be competing in the CAF Champions League for the second time. The first one had the side knocked in the first round by 2017 champions Wydad Casablanca in the 2011 edition.
