Fire guts Cedi House building; One injured

The fire, which began in the morning of Friday lasted for several hours, destroying some properties in the process.

Eyewitnesses told Accra-based Joy FM that the fire began in the power room of the ground floor of the 14 room Cedi House building.

Fire personnel have arrived at the scene to douse the blaze, while investigations commence into the cause of the incident.
