Voting in Amenfi West by-election [Photos]
Voting has commenced smoothly in the by-election in Amenfi West in the Western Region Tuesday morning without any major hitch.
All the 102 polling stations in the constituency received their electoral materials ahead of time according to report.
Paul Denkyi, a legal practitioner who is the NPP's candidate and Eric Afful, a cocoa purchasing clerk who is the NDC's candidate.

The Progressive People’s Party (PPP) is also presenting one Abraham Kojo Buadee while the United Front Party (UFP), has Elvis Adjei as its candidate.
About 62,364 eligible voters are expected to vote in 102 polling stations in the Constituency.
Meanwhile, pollster Ben Ephson has predicted victory for the NDC by the close of polls.
I'm sure the NPP will be looking out for a far-fetched short victory, but in the immediate term, they will be looking out for lowering the margin, closing the gap. In terms of bye-election, I don't expect a higher turn-out than the general elections in the 2012," Ben Ephson noted.
