There were crazy scenes at Shanghai Pudong International fans as fans of Shanghai SIPG lined up to welcome the team's latest acquisition Asamoah Gyan.

The Ghana striker is scheduled to conclude his transfer to the Super League side on Wednesday and his arrival in the cosmopolitan city seems to have given success hungry fans of SIPG renewed hope of winning a league title.

The Ghana captain joins Sven-Goran Eriksson's revolution from Al Ain where he scored over a 100 goals in four years.
