A report by lindaikejisblog.com says the workers carrying different placards with inscriptions of their dissatisfaction blocked all entrances to the National Assembly, chanting ''no pay, no sitting''.
They claim they have not been paid since 2010 and further accused the management of the Assembly of diverting funds meant for their trainings.
It is reported that Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu who was blocked from entering the chamber had tried to address the protesters, but they failed to give him attention.
