Ingredients 

1. 4 tsp Coconut flour

2. 1 tsp Baking powder

3. 1 tsp of sugar

4. 4 tsp melted butter

5. 200ml Coconut milk

6. 5 Eggs

Instructions

1. Mix coconut flour and baking powder.

2. In a bowl add the melted butter, eggs and ,sugar. Whisk until well mixed.

3. Pour into the dry ingredients mixture and mix well. Add the coconut milk gradually.

4. Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter and scoop the mixture into it.

5. Set the timer on medium heat for 5 minutes.

6. Cool, serve and enjoy your Ghanaian coconut cake.
