The former Liverpool player was on a working visit to club in Ghana. He visited the club’s facility and also interacted with the players who were training ahead of the mid-week encounter with Asante Kotoko on Wednesday, January 15.

The 42-year-old also held close door meeting with CEO and other top officials of the club.
According to Medeama SC’s PRO, Patrick Akoto, Heskey and his partners were impressed with the project and progress of the Ghana club.
Medeama also posted on social media that, Emile Heskey will be in attendance when they play Kumasi Asante Kotoko today at the Akoon Park.
Medeama have picked seven points from a possible nine after their first three matches of the season.

Medeama are determined to move up the ladder and will do their title credentials lots of good if they negotiate a win against the Kumasi-based side.
