Sergio Traguil bemoans side's profligacy in Aduana Stars stalemate

The Phobians hosted the Dormaa based side and they blew the chance to go top of the log sheet after league leaders Wa All Stars were held to a pulsating 0-0 draw at home by Ashanti Gold.

Traguil’s side in the game created decent chances but they wasted those opportunities as the likes of Samuel Yeboah, Cosmos Dauda and Ibrahim Musah were woeful upfront.

“I’m not happy because my team wasted so many chances but despite that we are improving regarding our play,” Traguil said after the game.

“It is not easy because I came three weeks ago and I have had little time with the team but I think the players are improving and they adapting to my tactics.

“Our performance in the first half was poor but we improved in the second half which we created a lot of chances but we failed to score,” he added.

The Phobians after match day 18 are at the third position with 31 points and their next game is against Hasaacas at the Essipong Sports Stadium.
