- Plantain
- Cooking oil
- Salt
Method
- Peel fingers of plantain and wash in salt water.
- Heat enough oil under medium heat.
- Slice plantain into preferred sizes.
- Gently put sliced plantain into the oil.
- Check after 4 - 7 minutes, remove put on clean tissue.
- Allow to cool and serve with roasted peanuts.
