Its a total given that Jennifer Lopez is fit AF . I mean, shes J.Lo, and fitness is practically part of who she just, ya know, is. Still, sometimes the 50-year-old (yep, you read that right) Hustlers star does totally simple things that completely blow people out of the waterand this is one of those times.
J.Los fianc, Alex Rodriguez , just shared a video on his Instagram Stories of her dancing (because J.Lo), and she looks jaw-droppingly amazing (also because J.Lo). Wearing a matching pink crop tank top and leggings set, Jenny from the block shows off her seriously toned butt and abs while rocking out at a club.
Oh, and in another video posted to A-Rod's main IG feed, J.Lo shows off her crazy-toned arms while the two appear to be casually sitting at a restaurant. A-Rod says, "Here we go, lets sing this, baby," before panning over to J.Lo. She tells him no at first, but then proceeds to completely break it down to Donna Summers disco hit "Last Dance," from the comfort of her seat. When she waves her arms in the air, it's hard to think of anything but how amazingly strong she looks.

Of course, J.Lo doesnt get that great a butt (and abs...and arms...and everything else) from sitting on her butt. She recently wrapped up filming on her new movie, Hustlers, during which she took up pole dancing to prep for her role as an exotic dancer.
"I have a lot of respect for people who do the pole," J. Lo recently told Jimmy Kimmel . To prep for the movie, J. Lo said she enlisted an acrobat from Cirque du Soleil to teach her how to pole-dance and even installed a portable pole in her house. "It's, like, acrobatic, it's a different muscle group," she told Jimmy. "And the things that they do with their legs and everything and go upside down...it's hard."
You probably also remember that J.Lo and A-Rod did that whole 10-day no sugar, no carbs challenge earlier this year. She later told Ellen DeGeneres that the strict diet was to get ready for her Hustlers role.
J.Lo is done filming Hustlers but, of course, she hasnt slowed down in the fitness department. Her trainer recently told O, the Oprah Magazine that Jennifer has a super intense abs workout that consists of a set of 50 hanging ab raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. She then does another set of 35 each, followed by a third set of 21 eachall without taking a single break in between.
So yeah, it takes a lot of work to look like J.Loand it shows.
