Video: I used the Bible as rizla to smoke marijuana in prison - Kwaku Baako reminisces

Veteran journalist, Kweku Baako Jnr. has revealed he used to use the Holy Bible as a rizla to smoke marijuana (weed) while in prison in 1982 under the regime of ex-president Jerry John Rawlings.

He made the revelation while making a submission on Peace FM "Kokrokoo” show on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.

Mr. Baako recounted how while in prison for standing up against the oppression of the former military government “smoking amongst others kept him busy”.

According to him, there were times he tore pages of the bible to roll up marijuana in prison.
"We used the bible to smoke wee. It's true," he professed.
