Bobby Maximus' 20 in 20 Workout Is Simply Brutal

Bobby Maximus , former UFC fighter, fitness personality, and author of the Men's Health Maximus Body book , hosted the latest session. Maximus makes a point to train without equipment even when he has a fully-stocked gym at his disposalso creating an accessible session for guys stuck at home without access to gear fits perfectly to his training style.
His most recent session falls right in line with this school of thought. You'll attempt a routine that takes three of the most basic bodyweight exercises there arepushups, situps, and squatsand pile on the reps over just 20 minutes. "It's simple. It's brutal. But it will be effective," says Maximus.
Don't be concerned if you find yourself falling behind, either. "If you have a hard time getting the reps, do the absolute best you can," advises Maximus. That could mean adjusting your pushups by elevating your hands, or cutting down your situp reps. Just make sure that you don't sacrifice form to slow down.
