In the clip, Dr. Lee uses surgical scissors to snip and reach the buried growth. The cyst has a thin wall, which Dr. Lee says indicates its ready for a pop. The famed derm pinches the growth and it is officially go time. A collection of thick and chunky white contents comes snaking out of the cystand it just keeps coming and coming.

They are always bigger than what they seem, Dr. Lee tells the patient. So big, in fact, that Dr. Lee has to go back for seconds. Yikes.

As one commenter put it: Oh dang!! And youll certainly have the same reaction.

The cyst is likely an epidermoid cyst , which contain a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin . Epidermoid cysts like this one often occur on the face, neck and body.
