In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper also known as TLC dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee, MDtakes on an earlobe cyst that's a lot juicier that you might expect. Earlobe cysts are relatively common, and the doctor is tasked with removing the filling inside the growth. But as she gets into the procedure, even she is surprised as garlic paste-like ooze continues to spill forth after she gives it a good squeeze. For those who love a massive oozing pop, this latest will certainly be one of her most satisfying in recent history.

In the quick clip on Instagram, Dr. Lee asks the patient's guest if they often watch popping videos, to which they reply with a laughing yes. They're certainly in for a treat with this cyst: After making the incision, Dr. Lee only has to squeeze just a bit before what looks like garlic paste begins to spill out of the cyst in a volume that's well, unexpected. In fact, Dr. Lee even tells the patient's guest that she'll be surprised to find just how much was in her earlobe.
