Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Wrestle to Remove a Man's Extra 'Ab'

Don't mistake this "ab muscle" for a gym gain. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD removes a stubborn lipoma from a mans abdomen. And, according to fans, the raw chicken-like growth looks like a small ab when pulled out.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the man's stomach and digs deep to pull out the lipoma with her fingers. The growth is especially slippery, causing Dr. Lee to grab it with forceps and pullhard.

Come on, little friend, Dr. Lee says to the lipoma, coaxing it out. Eventually, the lipoma does pop out and Dr. Lee is able to snip it away with ease. But the sucker did put up quite a fight.

They look like abs! one fan commented on the video, and its kind of true. A non-professional may have trouble distinguishing lipomas from muscle if given one look at the patients torso. Thankfully, Dr. Lee know what's up.

A lipoma is a fatty noncancerous growth that grows between the skin and muscle. It's often doughy and yellowish in appearance.
