Hafr Jlus Bjrnsson aka sure plays a mean handball. The actor and strongman may be known for coming out on top in strength competitions time and time again, but the Icelandic athlete could have a future in handball champ. In a YouTube video posted on Nov. 1, Bjrnsson tries his hand at handball, competing against pros and friends to see who can clock the fastest throw time.

Im super excited to see how fast I can throw it, you know, Bjrnsson says before the competition. I think strength is not always the best here. I think technique as well will play a huge part.

Bjrnsson gave his best attempt three times, clocking in at 74 miles per hour the first time around and 81 miles per hour on his second attempt. His final try only clocked him at 68 miles per hour, which is still far above the best scores of the other competitors in the friendly competition.

While 81 miles per hour seems like a tough score to beat, Bjrnssons best throw was actually eclipsed by another competitor. This fierce challenger threw the handball at a startling 85 miles per hour. Nevertheless, Bjrnsson still received a shiny silver trophy (a reuse of his personal Strongman trophies, for those playing at home, for his solid efforts. But the man who bested him now gets to say he throws faster than The Mountain, which are bragging rights better than any gold trophy. Even if a handball competition isnt your usual choice entertainment, the video is worth a watch.
