Meet the newest addition to 'Gotham'

Gotham' is introducing James Frain (The Tudors, Orphan Black) as show's latest villain. A series regular, Frain's new character is called Theo Galavan.

According to Deadline, Theo is "the savior the city has been waiting for — he is sexy, heroic, and lovingly devoted to his sister Tabitha."But, beneath his philanthropic works, Theo and Tabitha have violent plans for the city which they plan to destroy.

Frain's works include 'Grimm,' 'True Detective,' 'Orphan Black,' 'Tron: Legacy', 'The Lone Ranger ' among others.
