Actor to star in 'Empire' as Gabourey Sidibe’s love interest

The actor who will appear on show’s second season, will feature  in just three episodes as the character named J-Poppa.

According Variety, J-Poppa will be a love interest for Gabourey Sidibe’s character, Becky, who will also form a connection with Andre (Trai Byers).

The first season ended with the arrest of Lucious for murder.
