Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures have released the first trailer for the upcoming animated animal movie 'The Secret Life of Pets'.

'The Secret Life of Pets' is a comedy about the lives pets lead after their owners leave for work or school each day.

The upcoming animated feature film features Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet and Kevin Hart making their animated feature-film debuts.

The upcoming movie also stars Ellie Kemper, Lake Bell, Jenny Slate, Bobby Moynihan, Hannibal Buress and Albert Brooks.

Directed by Chris Renaud (Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2), 'The Secret Life of Pets' opens in cinemas on July 8, 2016.
