Accra Hearts of Oak majority shareholder Togbe Afede has given hints that the team will experience a massive shakeup.
The Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State was speaking at the M-Plaza Hotel in Accra as part of a national membership and registration exercise.
Togbe Afede made a strong statement at the event saying:
“Don’t be surprise to see changes in the management of the club soon, we all want our club to be seen up there and I believe bringing in modern football administrators will help us achieve this vision.”
Hearts of Oak has been in existence for 106 years and has had distinguished administrators like Harry Zakour the current vice chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Nii Ayi Bonte II(who was initially known as Thomas Okine),the king of Gbese traditional Area and just recently Vincent Odotei Sowah the MP of La Dade Kotokpon
The current administration of Hearts of Oak has Hackman Aidoo (Administrative manager/ act MD), Kwame Opare Addo (PRO) and Kwaku Sekyi Quarshie (Corporate affairs manager) running the day to day affairs of the club
