Ghana currently has 8 malls. One of the retail centres is located at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. The rest are located in the Greater Accra Region.

1. Accra Mall

The first mall in Ghana was built by Actis (London). The project cost $36 million.
2. Junction Mall
The mall which is the biggest in the Tema area was built by RMDWestPort (South Africa). It cost $33.7 million to put it up.
3. West Hill Mall
The mall which has 65 shops cost $93 million. It was built by Delico Property Development (Mauritius) with architecture by Mobius Architecture

4. Oxford Street Mall
The mall which is popularly referred to as the Osu Mall because of where it is located cost $16 million. It was built by Ghana Libyan Arab Holding Limited (GLAHCO).
5. Kumasi City Mall
This is the fourth venture in Ghana by Atterbury. The project cost $110 million. It was built by Delico Property Development.
