1. Aisha Mohammed – United Nations

Amina J. Mohammed was appointed as Deputy Secretary-General in January 2017.

2. Chile Eboe-Osuji - International Criminal Court

The judges of the ICJ elected Nigerian Judge Eboe-Osuji as President of the Court for a three-year term in March 2018.

3. Akinwumi Adesina  - African Development Bank

Akinwumi Ayodeji Adesina was appointed in May 2015 as the eighth President of the African Development Bank Group

4. Bukar Tijani - Food and Agriculture Organization

Bukar Tijani assumed office as FAO Assistant Director-General and Regional Representative for Africa in  December 2013.

5. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala – Standard Chartered Bank UK, Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), African Risk Capacity (ARC) and Twitter

Last month, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was named on the board of Twitter Inc. She is also a Senior Adviser at Lazard.

6. Bola Adesola - United Nations Global Compact

Adeola's appointment to the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, UNGC, was confirmed in April 2018, by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.
