The 1992-1994 group of former students of Opoku Ware School in Kumasi has refurbished the school's science laboratory and supplied with vital tools to enhance the practical teaching and learning of science.

The items presented include installation of new computers, a projector, air conditioners, flat screen television, fridge and a microwave.
The work carried out involved the renovation and restocking of the facility with modern equipment and learning materials.
At a recent handing over ceremony, the 1992/1994 batch pledged more support for the institution which has made them who they are today.
Baffour Owusu Amankwatia VI, Bantamahene said he was confident that it would help to strengthen the school’s performance in the science subjects.
He reminded the teachers and students to make sure that the equipment were properly handled.
Headmaster, Dr. Alexis Frimpong-Nimo, was full of gratitude for the former students for the gesture.
