Pollster and Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch Newspaper, Ben Ephson has indicated that the National Democratic Congress has the highest chance of winning the Amenfi-West Bye election.
"I'm sure the NPP will be looking out for a far-fetched short victory, but in the immediate term, they will be looking out for lowering the margin, closing the gap. In terms of bye-election, I don't expect a higher turn-out than the general elections in the 2012," Ben Ephson told Accra-based Starr FM.
