The Ashanti Gold midfielder was adjudged the SWAG Ghana Premier League Player of 2015 for helping his side win the GPL

Eric Opoku was very instrumental in Ashanti Gold’s successful campaign last season, when they managed to break 19 years’ jinx of missing out on the Ghana Premier League.
Late last year, he was adjudged the GFA/PLB Premier league Player of the season in an awards gala at the La Palm Beach Resort.
