TV host warns Ghanaian youth to stay away from Arabs

Afia Schwarzenegger has cautioned Ghanaian youth to desist from travelling to Arab countries.

According to Afia, African leaders, especially Ghanaian politicians must focus on impacting the lives of their people rather than amassing wealth at offshore banks to satisfy their selfish interests.

Speaking on the inhumane act of slave trade committed in Libya, Afia asked political leaders to take heed to the suffering of the youth.

Afia on her Instagram page shared a graphic video where an African migrant had been tied up with a rope and being battered by some strong men at a location suspected to be in a Middle Eastern country.

The graphic video also showed the African victim being stabbed many times by his tormentors until he gave up his life.

Afia Schwarzenegger who was distraught by the abuse of African migrants wrote (unedited), "African leaders must learn how to help the youth of their country... Listen gathering wealth for your children is great, but if your money can't impact someone's life and I mean someone who can't pay u back.....then dude u are broke”.

“Dear Mr Rich man, please this young man wouldn't die like this if someone had invested a little in him,” She added.

Afia also criticized Ghanaian Christians who give their pastors exorbitant amounts of money while ignoring the poor people.

“Stop showering your pastors with money (it is very good to bless the man of God but are u blessing a child of God who desperately need it), being the pastor's favourite is not a visa to heaven," she said.

The comedienne in her post described Arabians as wicked people who do not have respect for human lives.

“This is inhumane and awfully disgusting. But who are u to blame poverty. My brothers and sisters in Africa, most Arabians are very wicked people so stay away from their country”, Afia said.
