Movie's star Ben Woolf dies at 34

The actor died Monday afternoon, February 23, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after sustaining head injuries from a car accident last week.

'American Horror Story: Freak Show' star Ben Woolf has died after sustaining head injuries last week when he was hit by a passing car.

The actor died Monday afternoon, February 23, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at age 34.

According to TMZ, Woolf who had been heavily sedated since the accident died from a stroke on Monday afternoon.

Woolf was cut in the head by the side view mirror of an SUV as he tried crossing a street in Hollywood.

TMX reports that the driver wasn't arrested or even ticketted because the actor was jaywalking.

Meanwhile Woolf – who played Meef in the hit show - has been remembered by fans and family worldwide.

His family tell TMZ, "We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years."

Reports say Ben's organs will be donated and is expected to help close to 50 people.
