Check out five things you never knew about Andre Iguodala, the Golden State Warriors player who was named MVP in the NBA Finals

Golden State's Andre Iguodala has been named undefined after the Warriors won game six 105-97 to clinch the title.

The versatile forward did not start a match in the series until game four, shot 25 points on Tuesday and he finished the Finals with an average of 16.3 points per game.

These are five things you don't know about him.

1. He's Nigerian

If the name 'Iguodala' has not given him away to you, the NBA Finals MVP is a Nigeria.

Though he is an American, his father is Nigerian while his mother is African American.

2. Second Nigerian NBA Finals MVP

Andre Iguodala becomes the second player with Nigerian roots to be named NBA Finals MVP.

Hakeem Olajuwon was the first before now.

3. Fan of Micheal Jordan

While growing up, Iguodala was a fan of he Chicago Bulls and cites Michael Jordan as the player he looked up to.

4. Two baby mamas

Andre Iguodala has two children from two baby mamas.

His son Andre Tyler was born from his relationship with his current longtime girlfriend Christine Gutierrez, while younger daughter London was born from his short-lived relationship witha video vixen Clayanna Warthen.
