Singer’s dad selling her old CDs, souvenirs to pay child support

The superstar's dad resorted to selling her old CDs and souvenirs to reportedly raise cash to pay child support.

Beyoncé’s dad seems to be finding it difficult to make ends meet.

Matthew Knowles has resorted to selling old souvenirs and CDs of his daughters outside his office in Houston, to survive according to a TMZ report.

The gossip website reports that Matthew Knowles over the weekend brought out old her famous daughter’s old stuff for a massive garage sale. As of Monday, December 22, the former music manager was still selling huge Beyoncé posters for $200, old tour books for $20 and various pieces of Dereon clothing. House of Dereon is a clothing brand founded by Beyonce and her mother,Tina Knowles, who was married to Mathew for 31 years before divorcing.

Matthew also reportedly sold old CDs of her other daughter, Solange, which went for $1.96. He is also reportedly selling some of his office furnitures.

TMZ speculates that Matthew Knowles may be looking for money to pay for child support fees.

This is not the first time Matthew Knowles is looking to make cash off his famous daughters. Earlier in the month, the leaked Sony emails scandal revealed that Matthew tried to sell a Destiny’s Child biopic to the company in December 2013.

Matthew Knowles is known not be in good terms with his famous daughters, Beyoncé and Solange who chastise him for the way he treated their mum.

In 2009, Beyoncé mother, Tina filed, for divorce from Mathew after he reportedly had an affair with Alexsandra, who fell pregnant and requested a paternity test.

Beyonce and her sister, Solange, didn't attend their father's wedding when he re-married earlier this year.
