"My Son Inherited It All From Me" - Shatta Wale's Father

Mr. Mensah said he wasn’t troubled by his son fighting for his rights in the industry. He continued that they are from a family that hates cheating, adding no member of the family would allow anybody to advantage of them.

It would seem like the "like father like son" saying is playing a major role in the life of Ghana's self acclaimed bad boy, Shatta Wale.

Speaking with Mark Okraku Mantey on his controversial "e-Punch" show on Hitz FM, Mr Charles Mensah, father of Charles Mensah Jnr aka Shatta Wale, self-acclaimed dancehall king, said his son took almost everything from him.

According to "Shatta Wale" senior, his son apparently took his "rowdy and loud" attitude too. “I’m not disturbed by my son fighting for his rights and as a father all I need to do is advise him about how to go about it,” said the man when her was asked about what he thought of the ongoing bad blood between his son and Charterhouse.

“My son is like me because I personally dislike cheating,” he said.
