Cap whose real name is Terrance Beasley. Cap has a lengthy criminal record. At 18 in 1998 he was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm.

Cap killed Rodriguez Hamm, 17, at a birthday party November 22nd, 1998, at the Brewer Street home of the victim’s grandmother after an arguement. Cap was sentenced to life.
He was reportedly released in 2006 on parole, because of circumstances in his case in regards to self-defense. However Cap was sentenced in 2011 and is presently in prison.
