In 2015, he indicated that life has been tough without his partner and hinted that he and former member of VIP, Promzy, might form a group.
Although there has not been an ‘official’ declaration, a Facebook post from Promzy seems to confirm the union of the two.
Ronnie Coaches, formerly of Bukbak, would have celebrated his birthday on June 1 had he not passed on in 2013.
Remembering him, Promzy posted pictures of himself, Bright and the late Ronnie Coaches.
Portions of the post read, “B.P .can't start this journey without asking him for his blessings… we love you COACHES and your legacy will continue to reign as long as B.P exist. We started this together and we shall finish this on your behalf.”
The name, B.P is the acronym of Bright and Promzy.
Bright Bling Sparkles went into hibernation after his partner Ronnie Coaches, died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
“It’s been almost two years since the passing of Ronnie Coaches and it’s been a tough two years of painful memories it’s not been easy for me myself but we’re trying to keep hopes high… look out for the unexpected because Promzy as everybody knows is more or less my brother and irrespective of him not being in a group or anything, I would love to grab that opportunity to do something crazy with Promzy,” myjoyonline.com quoted him to have said.
Circumstances which led to the exit of Promzy from VIP remains unclear. While the artiste alleged that Reggie Rockstone masterminded his exit, Zeal, a member of the group has denied. According to him, Promzy left on his own.
