Rap legend calls Ghanaian rapper Vic Mensa "Once-in-a-lifetime artiste"

The newly minted 4:44 platinum selling artiste JAY-Z said “He can do everything well, sing well, rap well,” before adding, “He’s an incredible artist, like a once-in-a-lifetime artiste.”

The Roc Nation signee had an album packed with collaborations with raps big names like The Dream, Ty Dolla $ign, Pharrell Williams and a host of others.

Fans got the chance to listen to Vic’s latest single “Wings” which he collaborated on with Pharrell Williams. This song is definitely bound to leave fans to click the repeat.

Rap legend JAY-Z came with his significant other Queen B herself, Beyoncé although she was not front stage and centre, she watched from a private booth. He was there to introduce the Chicago native to the crowd. Scooter Braun told audiences that Vic was an artist who used his voice as a tool to help others and he was one to watch

Vic thanked fans for their support and dedicated the album to them.

Victor Kwesi Mensah was born on June 6, 1993 to a father from Ghana and American mother. Vic is a Grammy-nominated American rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He is currently signed to Roc Nation and was a member of the group Kids These Days, which broke up in May 2013.
