The actress and mother of one, Kafui Danku shared thoughts on the ‘paedophilic’ comment Comedian Waris made about Sarkodie’s daughter. Speaking from a mother’s perspective, she questioned the parents of the child under scrutiny, Sarkodie and Tracy for failing to publicly denounce such comments made against their daughter.
Kafui Danku wrote, “I have seen screenshots of a post by an uncouth comedian, which has gotten the attention of some well-wishers … and this is not the first time a comedian has taken to social media to project sexism, paedophilia and rape culture. Maybe this comedian has seen an older comedian who does this and goes scot free … we all know that comedian who went all the way out to slap a woman on an international television. The very sad or maybe unfortunate part is the father of the little toddler has a very powerful voice that can affect change yet this voice hasn’t been heard.”

She further blamed such indiscipline on 'older' comedians because comedians in Ghana are excused when they misbehave. She then cited the incidence when DKB slapped a woman on national television, pointing it out as a probable source of Comedian Waris motivation for misbehaviour.
