Broadcaster says he is thankful for the life of Ewuraffe

KKD said this when speaking in an interview with Joy News after his thanksgiving service at The Christ Foundation Family Church in Sakumono last Sunday, May3.

 

Ace broadcaster Kwesi Kyei Darkwah popularly known as KKD has stated that, he is thankful for the life of Ewuraffe, the 19-year-old lady he had allegedly raped.

"I'm thankful that Euraeffe is alive and well", he said when speaking in an interview with Joy News after his thanksgiving service at The Christ Foundation Family Church in Sakumono last Sunday, May3.

KKD added that, he is also thankful that, he is alive as he almost died during the last days of his rial. "I’m thankful that I’m alive and well because I nearly died two days to the last day in court”, he said.

He also expressed profound gratitude to God for making him a free man adding that, he is now focusing on being well.

“In all things give thanks to God because whatever it is you go through, the truth eventually comes out,” he stated. "My focus is to be well, happy and thankful,” he added.

The broadcaster also debunked claimed that the rape allegation has dented his hard-won reputation adding that, he understands he cannot change the perception people have about him but he remains resolute to achieve his goals.
